Ativo Programs V5.1 released

The following enhancements and bug fixes are included in this release:
- NEW Epic Swimlanes: View work items grouped by epic in a swimlane on the Plan and Team Breakout pages.
- A right-click context menu has been added to work items on the Cross-PI Plan page, allowing you to move them more quickly.
- The Cross-PI Plan page now also shows work items with cross-PI parent-child dependency links.

Fixes:
- The page filter was being reset when switching between teams on the Team Breakout page.
- The epic summary on the work item card is now displayed according to the epic color.
- Some drop-down selects are now filtered in a case-insensitive manner.
- You can now enter estimation numbers using decimals.
